Lovisa Wahlberg
Lovisa is our Head of Events based in Stockholm. She oversees our events with exceptional skill, handling everything from securing the best locations and managing key gatherings to creating truly memorable experiences - all while keeping a cool head.
I grew up at Tranholmen, an island in central Stockholm, a dreamy childhood with no cars and taking the boat to school. Today, I live just five minutes from the water at Södermalm in Stockholm, starting many mornings and ending my evenings with a swim, sometimes even during the winter months!

After finishing high school, I dove straight into the professional world at age 19, starting at an executive search firm. Though I initially planned to study psychology, an opportunity at McKinsey & Company altered my path. What was meant to be a one-year stint turned into a seven-year journey, during which I progressed from an assistant role to taking on broader responsibilities. I credit McKinsey as my “real-world business school”.
At Creandum, I’m privileged to work with what I love most - bringing people together. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a large-scale summit, I thrive on creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences. Some highlights I’m especially proud of include the CEO Summit in the English countryside, Seed50 in London, and unforgettable team offsites in Scotland and on the slopes of Kitzbühel.

A self-described ‘organized chaos’ expert, I thrive under pressure and juggle multiple to-do lists with enthusiasm. When I’m not organizing events for Creandum, you’ll probably find me planning gatherings for friends and family, hanging out with my mum who’s also my best friend, mapping out my next travel adventure, running through Stockholm, cooking in my kitchen (my form of meditation), or spending time with our Australian Shepherd.

My guiding principle is simple: SAY YES, because it’s the things you don’t do that you regret. While I dream of one day running my own company, for now I’m energized by making an impact, tackling big challenges, and working alongside inspiring, dynamic people.
